Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, you must have accessed fewer than 50% of the course content or deliverables. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to process.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@creditfixpro.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our support team will review your request within 2 business days and respond with confirmation or any follow-up questions. We aim to make this process as simple as possible.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: services that have been fully delivered or completed; custom work or consultations that have already been performed; subscription fees for periods that have already passed; and any digital products that have been fully downloaded or accessed beyond the 50% threshold.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for services that have been partially delivered. The refund amount will be calculated based on the portion of the service not yet rendered. We handle these on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.
Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate your request by replying to the refund response email. Our management team will review escalated cases within 5 business days. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
